Tour description:
In Dresden we start with a city walk. This includes the Zwinger, a total work of art from the baroque era, built by
the architect Pöppelmann and the sculptor Permoser. The nymph bath is particularly worth seeing. Planned in
1709 as an orangery, garden and representative festive area, it was completed in 1855 errecting the Sempergalerie, today's Old Masters Picture Gallery.
Then we go to the rebuilt Residenzschloss (Dresden Palace), in which we have five museums. They belong to the
Dresden State Art Collection: the Green Vault, the Coin Cabinet, the Copperplate Cabinet and the Armory with
the Turkish Chamber. Afterwards we walk to the Procession of Princes made of more than 23,000 tiles of famous
Meissen porcelain. It depicts the history of the Wettin dynasty. We continue visiting the Frauenkirche (Church of
Our Lady), later we pass the Art Academy and the Albertinum till the Elbe terraces and the catholic Hofkirche.
It's time for a break with a coffee, sandwich or snack. If you wish, we also can do a reservation for you in a restaurant. Afterwards you can visit a museum. Please let us know, which museum you would like to see. We recommend the
Historic Green Vault in Dresden Palace or the renovated Old Masters Picture Gallery. Art from romanticism to the  present is displayed in the Albertinum exhibition halls.
If you are not interested in museums, we could visit Dresden-Neustadt or drive to the three Elbe castles offering
beautiful views of the Elbe River Valley form Schloss Albrechtsberg, Lingner Schloss and Schloss Eckberg.

Suggestion:
